Terms and Conditions for Auditions – Music•Arts•Dance Competition
Welcome to the Music•Arts•Dance Competition! Before proceeding with your audition, please carefully review the following terms and conditions:
- Registration and Payment:
- All participants must pre-register and pay the audition fee within the specified timelines provided.
- Failure to register and pay within the designated timeframe will result in disqualification from the audition.
- Refunds:
- No refunds will be provided for audition fees under any circumstances.
- Once payment is made, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Participant Costs:
- Each participant is responsible for covering their own costs associated with the audition process.
- This includes any expenses related to attending further competition events, rehearsals, or workshops if the participant successfully advances in the competition.
- Participants who get through to Quarter, Semi Finals and the Finale need to make a further payment for each Phase, as these include intensive subsidized workshops and training costs, for which each participant in that Phase receives a Certificates of Participation.
- Quarter Final P70 payable by Quarter finalists
- Semi Final P100 payable by Semi Finalists
- Finale P150 payable by Finalists
- Parental Consent:
- Parents or legal guardians must sign for participants under the age of 18.
- By signing, parents or guardians acknowledge their consent for the minor to participate in the audition and any related events.
- Use of Footage:
- Participants grant permission for Music•Arts•Dance Competition to use any footage uploaded to the platform or captured during auditions, rehearsals, or events.
- This footage may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and website content.
- Prize Redemption:
- Prizes awarded to competition winners are not exchangeable or transferable.
- Winners must accept the prize as awarded and are responsible for any associated taxes or fees.
- Judges’ Decisions:
- The decisions of the judges are final and binding.
- Participants agree to accept the judges’ rulings without dispute or appeal.
By proceeding with your audition registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification from the competition.
